I have changed my user name in git hub after that, when I am access the following URL

http://modules.zendframework.com/MohitOssCube/ZF2Booster

an error exception comes please verify the same.

This site not manage change Github username, how can it manage this feature?

Seems like the website does indeed not handle 404s in the github API once entries are in the local db. This is pretty much a bug.
