- Converted from bookdown to mkdocs. - Edited existing markdown files for content and formatting. In particular, made sure that documentation was up-to-date with current development. - Brought in missing element and view helper files. Converted from rST to markdown, and edited for content and formatting. Added to ToC. - Brought in missing images.
Previous one wasn't showing up in Travis; trying again.
