  2. Updated QA toolchain 

    - Replaced php-cs-fixer with phpcs
  - Fixed all CS issues, including extracting test classes to separate
    TestAsset files
- Created composer scripts for QA toolchain
  - Updated travis config to use these scripts
- Replaced test bootstrap with composer autoloader
