- removed documentation deployment
- updated legacy deps for PHP 5.6 and 7.0
- moved coverage and cs-checks to PHP 7.1 with locked deps
- removed updating composer
- set composer output width to 120 chars
- removed slack notifications

The build is failing because PHPUnit 4.0 is not compatible with PHP 7.2
