Issue description

When using a wildcard/random port number in tipc bind, the assigned number is not returned via ZMQ_LAST_ENDPOINT.

Environment

  • libzmq version (commit hash if unreleased): 4.3.1
  • OS: Any

Minimal test code / Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Add assertion to test_address_tipc test_tipc_port_identity for ref != 0

What's the actual result? (include assertion message & call stack if applicable)

ref is 0

What's the expected result?

ref should be the assigned port number
