Rapide (re)design de la page "tous les tags". Juste à mettre des choses dans la sidebar (pas urgent mais "à faire" ; j'ai pas vraiment d'idées), et la rendre accessible d'une manière ou d'une autre.
(Pour le tags sans titres, c'est un bug permettant de créer un tag vide. J'ai crée une autre issue pour ça)
