RRTMGP and Thompson MP coupling (NOAA-EMC#323)

* Feature branch with RRTMGP and Thompson MP
* Updated FV3/ccpp-physics. Added namelist and configuration for RRTMGP RTs using GSD physics.
* Updated FV3
* Update physics in FV3
* Updated baselines in rt.sh
* Updated RT logs. Updated FV3 physics submodule pointer.
* Updated FV3 hash and .gitmodules
