fix: failed to execute appendBuffer on SourceBuffer

Description

• Add Access-Control-Allow-Origin request header
• Fix Failed to execute 'appendBuffer' on 'SourceBuffer': This SourceBuffer is still processing an 'appendBuffer' or 'remove' operation.
• Fix buffered cache bug
