If you are using ZHA, you should use the migration interface to migrate. The problem you're experiencing is because your adapter requires an explicit setting to burn in the write-once IEEE address and the migration did not do this. This is logged as a warning during migration.

If you're not using ZHA, re-migrate with your original backup file but edit two things:

  1. Change the frame counter from 60,000-something to 90,000. You used your network a bit after migrating so the original frame counter will roll back if you migrate again with the old backup.
  2. Edit the backup and add "i_understand_i_can_update_eui64_only_once_and_i_still_want_to_do_it": true to stack_specific.ezsp.
