Adding a second matplotlib plotter throws an error #8

If a second plotter is added, the following error is thrown:

AttributeError: 'NapariNavigationToolbar' object has no attribute 'enable_selections'

This is likely because of how the extra toolbar buttons are added (probably globally...) at this line.
