This plugin adds "load balancing" support to WordPress sites that use W3 Total Cache.
Some sites are hosted on multiple servers and may not have certain media or static files present on the server the request is made from. w3tc-load-balance rewrites the URL's in the media library in the WP Dashboard and allows you to see your media thumbnails, as well as work with them. It allows you to issue resize and rotate commands through the standard WP Image Editing tools by pulling the media off of your CDN and storing it locally on the server after the request has been issued, it then pushes the file back up to your CDN when it's done so the changes take effect as soon as your CDN cache has expired.
