Added location context and exclude tag to settings.

Clarified terminology.

I will call each item on the list

• a TODO.

I will call person, project or location a Context.

I have 3 Action tags which default to #discussWith, #waitingFor, and #promisedTo, these can be changed to whatever suits your needs #design #develop #test or whatever

TODOs with actions will show up in the inbox until they have a context assigned since for actions the context is the trigger (i.e. I look at the list when I am meeting XYZ, or when I am visiting the location, etc.).
For TODOs with dates, the trigger is the date.
For #someday TODOs the trigger is your regular workflow to review the #someday list.
