Add crazy kong support. Update WolfMAME builds to include "crazy kong" driver
Optional rom detection for "dkongjr", "dkong3" and "ckong".
Tweak the rom patching summary screen to allow listing of more items
Romlist improvement. Allow multiple entries for the same slot number. The first valid entry detected will be used. This allows optional roms to be included in the romlist by default.
Improvement to Raspberry Pi4 build and patching routines.
