Testing Permissions

• Discuss logistics with the Office In-Charge of the SMC (i.e. Mr. Vivek Vadi) and prepare an application for the Chairman, SMC
• Get it forwarded by the Faculty Advisors (i.e. Dr. K.S. Venkatesh or Dr. Sachin Y.Shinde) first and then by the Office In-Charge
• Get it approved by the Chairman,SMC (i.e Dr. Kumar Ravi Priya).
• Submit the approved application to the Office In-Charge

Security Permissions

NOTE: Needed only when Testing in Night Shift

• After Getting the above application approved, contact the Office In-Charge to get the name of the workers who would be staying
• Prepare a application for the Security Officer, IITK (mentioning the above names)
• Make sure to attach a copy of the above approved application
