Upstream the general x/auth changes in agoric-labs/cosmos-sdk that we needed to enable the implementation of liens. This comprises:

  • #82 enable more powerful vesting accounts
  • #84 bugfix in tests
  • #88 export AccountKeeper interface only

This makes incompatible API changes and thus might require some ... persuasion, since the benefits are not immediately visible.
