I think it would be really nice to maybe make another minor release that includes this PR. Without it waybar is broken on hyprland. |

- switch from `v0.38.1` -> `v0.40.0` - add pkgs.hyprpkgs to have packages follow hyprland - remove hyprland-plugins as not used - fix hyprland socket in waybar (Alexays/Waybar#3183)

Since hyprwm/Hyprland@a5a6480, the hyprland IPC socket can now be found under
$XDG_RUNTIME_DIR/hypr/<signature>/.socket.sockand/.socket2.sock.This PR adds a fix for this, while keeping backwards compatibility (=fallback to /tmp/hypr) for people not yet using this Hyprland commit.
