Setup cargo deny (#133)

* Configure cargo deny

* add cargo-deny CI check

* Remove Editor specifics and Cargo.lock from gitignore

* Prevents CI pipeline from update Cargo.lock

* remove macos artifacts from .gitignore

* Update Cargo.lock
