OpenID iOS support
This is part of the cordova-7 changes https://cordova.apache.org/news/2017/05/04/cordova-7.html > Platforms and plugins are now required to have a package.json file
Add a package.json to allow installing the plugin into cordova

Bump up the podspec to avoid compilation errors
To one that work for the app that this plugin is added to.
Add a hook to change the app specific android classes
Without this change, only one plugin is added for each run of `cordova prepare`. you have to re-run `cordova prepare` multiple times to get them all to be added.
Make the hook synchronous
