This file is similar to the Decks file except it seems to contain all card information relating to the battle pack options, there are only a limited amount of battle packs you can unlock from the campaign.

This is an example battle pack file, my guess from a simple look at it the file is similar to Decks in that it contains information relating to the "randomly" made deck.

I will update when I know more.
