Bug Fixes

Fixed R20 battery boxes "jumping" upon game load
Fixed bug preventing Satsuma from being towed
Fixed MOP incorrectly interpreting rule file versions
Objects that fell way below the world map will respawn at the junkyard
MOP will not check save file integrity, if the player is dead
