Bug Fixes

  • MOP won't show errors during save file verification, if the new save file has been created, but the game hasn't been saved, which made certain save tags missing
  • Improved R20 Battery Box transform loading - now it's done when MOP is running, instead of during MOP loading

Changes

  • Dynamic Draw Distance 2.0
    • Render distance is determined depending on the sector player has entered
    • In Balanced mode or above, render distance is set to 5000, if player is at higher elevation (to cover entire map)
    • When player has entered a building, the render distance is lowered to cover the surrounding terrain
    • Render distance will not be set to higher than player's prefered draw distance
    • Around 5-20% performance increase if enabled (depending on player's location)
    • Removed the smooth change of rendering distance - now it happens instantly
  • Dynamic Draw Distance is enabled by default
  • Less aggressive object disabling when entering home and repair shop
  • The "Learn More" button in "RULES" section now takes you to MOP's wiki
  • Updated the Donate link

Added

  • Added "mop reload all" console command, which will load all rule files - regardless if the mod corresponding to it is present or not
  • (MSCLoader) MOP will successfully load back, after it was disabled

Changes

  • (MSCLoader) MOP is now loaded in SecondPassOnLoad, instead of PostLoad
  • MOP will now load slower, to mitigate issues with textures and engine parts not loading
    • If you want it to load fast again, you can enable "FAST LOADING" option in the MOP Settings under "Other" section
