Upgrade the NuGet package to support Avalonia v11.0 Preview 5

Action Items:

New Features

  • Support .NET 7
  • IDialogService - Allow Show(..) and ShowDialog(...) without requiring a callback.
    • NOTE TO SELF: Making this optional breaks away from the default Prism usage.. Tap Dan/Brian on the shoulder for this one.

Wow, this PR got too big too quickly breaking my own house rules of the "KISS" method. Ideally, this should have been spit up between 4 different pull requests. Going to do one more push and call it.
