Fixed Axis typo and increment revisions for previous commit.

Fixed typos in Axis catalog that were missed. Incremented revisions
on catalogs that were changed, but not incremented on last commit.

Fixed typos and spelling consistency

Fixed the typos that I could find. Changed the spelling of some items to
match the British spelling used on the cards (e.g. "Sulfur" to
"Sulphur").

Errata Corrections

Corrections made to units amended in the Dust Tactics FAQ.

• Adds the Helicopter rule to the Air Ambulance.
• Changes the Heavy Sulphur Jet to */2 against Infantry Armor 3 and 4, correcting
  Grand'ma and bringing the Mikhail stats inline with the card.

Updated to current retail cards

Updated point costs and stat lines to current retail cards.

Minor error corrections in stat lines made along the way.

Web Exclusive cards added

Sigrid von Thaler's new web exclusive card was added, and the old card updated to web current (points change). Snow Lynx web exclusive card added.

Added Red Cossack web exclusive card to SSU.

Usability fix and points fix

Set no defaults on SSU units to force users to select an entry (defaults were causing some confusion for mobile users).

Six Shooter had an incorrect points value. Corrected.

Added Armour Ratings to unit profiles

In list editing, the units are separated by Armour Rating. This does not
show up in roster viewing, however. Added Armour Rating stats to all
units in all army files. Game file was updated to accommodate the
change. Minor errors in unit profiles were fixed along the way.

Added profiles to Axis army units

Well, thought this would take a few weeks, but I get paid to do nothing all day, so I got paid to hammer this out instead.

All are current to Kickstarter cards. Some of the new Operation: Babylon cards have multiple versions, so I used best judgment in choosing the right version. Will update to physical cards when they arrive in the next few weeks.

Unless bugs/glitches are found, I'm done working on these until the cards arrive! :)

Game system and Allies unit profile support

Added all unit profiles current to Kickstarter cards for Allied units. Will update to physical card changes when they arrive at my door in the next few weeks.

Also: I did not provide the game system file to support unit profiles last release. Derp.
