目前只添加了 語言 Config

不過還有許多東西需要做微調
目前這個 Config 會存放在

C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\maku-everything

另外也稍微修正了 Category、Subject、Tag 的名稱可以重複取

I think the current config struct is bad, but I can't come out with another solution. Maybe later, I will figure it out. Related Issues: - #26
