Purpose of change
#31723 removed stim values from non-stimulant drinks, but there are still a lot of non-drug comestibles that have stim values, like cheeseburgers, so I'm proposing removing those, too.
I agree with Kevin that mere sugary foods shouldn't get stim values. (In fact, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sugar_high is a redirect to "List of common misconceptions".) Some of these items aren't even sugary, like cheese. Chocolate contains caffiene, but the actual concentration in chocolate-containing foods is quite low in anything except dark chocolate, and I assume that all of the chocolate items currently in the game are meant to represent milk chocolate etc., since they don't specify dark.
