The decimal places in the blazemod's weight strings was causing saves on build 10052 and up to not load.
Describe the solution
Removed the decimal places in the weight strings. Saves with blazemod on build 10052 and up now loads without any issues.
Testing
Removed the decimal places from the weight strings in my blazemod .json files, then attempted to start up my save. It loads up now.
