Purpose of change

The current research facility, one of my larger projects, is pretty good IMO, but was never meant to be the only type of surface lab facility. As a huge facility it should be relatively rare, but there's nothing else currently occupying its niche.

Describe the solution

Adds a smaller research facility, with a 2x3 overmap footprint, a main building, and a small outbuilding. The new facility is designed to look like a facility for researching infectious diseases, with the dangerous nature of the research explaining the high security.

The new building will feature animal holding cells and surgery suites as well as microbiology research facilities. It's less likely to contain as many general chemistry science tools, which will help increase the rarity of such tools going forward.

Additional context

This will serve as the test point to work on a new type of underground secret lab once I'm done, but I can release it as an entrance to the existing labs first.

From what I understand this facility currently has the same loot as the chemistry one, just less of it?

I think flavour would benefit greatly from having unique loot related to disease research. Flu shots, gamma globulin, antibiotics, those randomized experimental drugs you've mentioned elsewhere, tons upon tons of fire extinguishers and cleansuits, etc.
