Nuclear powered vehicles don't fit current game lore.

Describe the solution

Prevent vehicles with minireactor from spawning.

Are vehicles a viable candidate for moving to a module, or are there some limitations preventing it?

I think they would look great in Aftershock.

Looks like aftershock already defines the atomic cars in its own vehicle groups, possibly because it was changing the frequency, therefore anybody already using aftershock will continue to see atomic cars.
