Fix Nurse bot Checkup, broken since #30616

Describe the solution
The attack needs to happen twice: once to tell the player to come closer and once to actually do the checkup. But the cooldown was longer than the timer used by the attack, meaning it was reseting to telling the player to come closer every time.
Increase countdown effect to 30 min, lower cooldown to 120 s and change nurse bot message to make it slightly clearer that you have to stand near the bot for 2 min to get the checkup.
