Summary

SUMMARY: Bugfixes "Magiclysm - fix hand impeding spell costs"

Purpose of change

spells that used stamina didn't incrase enough, and spells that used hp increases way too much when wearing gloves.

Describe the solution

Modified the scales for those two energy types

Describe alternatives you've considered

Testing

spawned in work gloves and compared the debug stamina and life conversion spell costs with and without them
