SUMMARY: Infrastructure "Adds looks_like flag to ballistic vests and webbing belt"Purpose of change
Ballistic vest , empty and full, and the webbing belt, do not yet have tiles in most tilesets. This adds looks_like flags to them so they will show up looking like MBR vests and the leather belt, respectively, unless the tileset does have tiles for them in which case they will work normally.
