Not auto-learned. Same difficulty as most entry-level glass blowing. Resolves the bottleneck of being unable to reach glare protection 2 by crafting from scrap. Based on "amber-colored glass", that most source seems to agree is colored with iron, sulfur and carbon.

Adding some other form of "makeshift welding goggles" that can be crafted from scrap, but still provide
glare protection 2.Seems not as fun as providing a workaround via actual glassblowing, complete with mining for sulfur and the like.
