Bugfixes "Makeshift pots will stop jumping into my backpack"
Purpose of change
All the other pots that can heat foot have
ALLOW_REMOTE_USEflag and can be activated from neighbour tiles, except two makeshift variants. When you trying to activate them, they immediately jump into your pocket.Describe the solution

Testing
Loaded the game, checked that my makeshift pot is now settled in their place and not jumping to my backpack anymore.
Additional context
Gargantuan canning pot also has this issue and was fixed in #39954
