Does it work? How did you setup credentials in GHA?
And if you want to test it out without merging, you can
(1): Temporary change the trigger to push to your branch.
(2) gh workflow run .github/workflows/publish-terra-app-helm-charts.yml --ref yourbranch -f chart-name=chartname

Not working yet.
I can't figure out a way to trigger this without merging to main branch first tho.
Once this is merged, I think I should be able to trigger the workflow from a branch for testing.
