Crude initial version can only read input files
as command line arguments. These are printed to
the terminal.
The second iteration includes the creation
of pandas dataframes and can read the
optional parameter 'colour' from the command
line.
Add functionality to the script that collects chunks
of useful information from the classifications to
create heatmaps specific to certain taxa. I.e. one
with aggregated superkingdoms, one with only viruses
(no phages), one with only phages, and one with only
bacteria.
Write summaries of the number of taxa
found at each taxonomic rank for all
chunks of information. (File names are
entered as command-line arguments.)
Working demo function for creating heatmaps
of superkingdoms, viruses, phages and bacteria.

Needs function to automatically create heatmaps
for different taxonomic ranks per group before
it can replace the old script.
…te report, snakemake and config file. Also, add HAV TT later.
Finish the replacement script that fixes the
bug, is no longer dependent on snakemake and
creates the same output files when provided
with the right command-line arguments.
Solved issues with IGVjs, symlinks and nginx
Stable for 0.9.2, will be developed further in later versions/branches
