Assembly Instructions (Part VI)
Until now, you have been working on each one of the platforms independently.
In the next steps, you will be joining the two platforms creating the final shape of your robot.
To do it, you will need the two assembled platforms plus:
- 2x M3 10mm Screws

With the two platforms joined, your robot should look like this...
Now you need to connect some of the jumper cables that were left hanging in previous steps...
Lets begin with the motor cables...
Grab the motor cables soldered to the right motor.
Now, pass them through the hole in the platform, next to the blue connector in the L298N.
Insert each one of the cables in the blue motor connector...
... and tighten the connectors so that the cables do not come loose when the robot is handled.
Then, repeat the process to the cables of the left motor.
Notice that the hole in the left side of the platform is just above the LED. The cables need to go through that hole.
In the end of this process, your robot should look like this...
