  • 552 genomes did not have an NCBI Taxonomy at the time of processing genomes for this release. This genomes have not been included in R95 and will be picked up next release.
  • NCBI deposited a large number of genome assemblies as part of their Pathogen Surveillance project. These genomes are not included in the GTDB. These genomes are marked as being excluded from RefSeq with the string "derived from surveillance project".
