Changed: Rename MaxCheckpointCount to CheckPointUpperBound
Changed: Rename MinCheckpointCount to CheckPointLowerBound
Changed: Rename NamedConsumerStrategy to ConsumerStrategyName

Aligns the setting names with the ones in the Persistent Subscriptions RFC.

Fixes #164
