Inconsistent icon and label for button to add emoji reactions (emojis)

Action Performed:

1. Open the app
2. Go to any chat
3. Add a reaction to a message and you'll notice that the button says "Add emoji reaction" and doesn't have "+" in its icon
4. After adding the emoji, you'll notice that another button for adding emoji says "Add Reaction..." and has "+" in its icon.

Expected Result:

Both buttons' icon should match and the text should also be similar like Slack's implementation.

Actual Result:

Both icons and text are different
