Remove duplicated error message

Details

We had two instances where we were displaying an error message for duplicate room names. This ensures we only use the offline-first error message. This error message is already thrown here and displayed here.

1. Create a fresh workspace, or navigate to an existing one.

2. Click the FAB menu > New Room. Give this room (A) a name.

3. Click the FAB menu > New Room. Give this room (B) a different name.

4. Rename room B to have the same name as room A. Verify the duplicate room name exists error only displays once, like so:
