Reset hover state to selected emoji

Details

Hover state was reseting to the -1 index and we also have a skin tone with value of -1. To fix this issue we are reseting hover state by setting index back to selected skin tone.

1. Open any chat room.
2. Click on Emoji picker from composer.
3. Click on change default skin tone.
4. Choose any skin tone exclude first one.
5. Now again click on change default skin tone.
6. Move the cursor away from skin tone view.
7. Verify only one skin tone is highlighted.

• If a new CSS style is added I verified that:
  • A similar style doesn't already exist
