Fix incorrect user display name tooltip position in money request confirmation page

Details

In the money request confirmation page, the user display name has a tooltip, but the position is calculated incorrectly due to the fact that the layout position from onLayout callback is called before the navigation animation ends.

2. Enter any amount and select any participants
3. In the confirmation page, hover over the selected participant display name
4. Verify a tooltip shows and placed in the middle of the display name text
5. Press the Amount to edit it
6. Go back
7. Repeat step 3-4

  • The component has the minimum amount of code necessary for its purpose, and it is broken down into smaller components in order to separate concerns and functions

  • The file has a description of what it does and/or why is needed at the top of the file if the code is not self explanatory
• If a new CSS style is added I verified that:
  • A similar style doesn't already exist
