fix: prevent a route refresh if the list of valid waypoints have not changed

Details

Changed the addStop implementation to avoid clearing the route, since a new added waypoint is always empty.
Updated the removeWaypoint implementation to avoid clearing the route if the removed waypoint is empty (ie. the waypoint does not have a valid address).

Tests

1. Launch the app.
2. Open the global create menu and select Request money.
3. Select the Distance tab if it is not already active.
4. Add a new address for the Start waypoint.
5. Add a new address for the End waypoint.
6. Click / tap the Add Stop button.
7. Verify that the route does not refresh on the map after the new stop was added.
8. Add a new address for the third waypoint.
9. Verify that the route refreshes on the map after the third address was added.
10. Click / tap the Add Stop button.
11. Click / tap on the newly added stop and then delete the stop by selecting Delete from the three-dot menu at the top right.
12. Verify that the route does not refresh on the map after the empty stop was deleted.
13. Delete any of the existing three stops with addresses.
14. Verify that the route properly refreshes on the map with the new remaining stops with addresses.

@allroundexperts Good catch. It was still fetching the route based on the waypoints list which contains all of the waypoints (empty and non-empty). I changed this to use the validatedWaypoints list instead which contains only non-empty waypoints. I have pushed a new commit with the fix.

The route was rerendered if you add an empty stop, we resolved this by returning early if there are no removed waypoints, i.e.
