Changed the Form component into the new FormProvider component in EditRequestMerchangPage

1. Log into the app and create a new money request, split it with another account or a workspace
2. After successfully creating the request go into it to edit the Merchant value of the request
3. Update the value with a new one, press the save button
4. Confirm the value has updated and a text message appeared in the screen regarding the update

  • I verified proper file naming conventions were followed for any new files or renamed files. All non-platform specific files are named after what they export and are not named "index.js". All platform-specific files are named for the platform the code supports as outlined in the README.
  • I verified the JSDocs style guidelines (in STYLE.md) were followed
• If a new code pattern is added I verified it was agreed to be used by multiple Expensify engineers
• I followed the guidelines as stated in the Review Guidelines
