QA Steps

1. Open a DM chat with no unsettled money request
2. Submit a new money request with a description that contains a link (and other markdown)
3. Verify the money request preview shows the description as a plain text
4. Submit another money request
5. Press the request preview to open the IOU report
6. In IOU report, look for the request that has the description from step 2
7. Verify the money request preview shows the description as a plain text
