Removed the "New Message From" preamble in notifications for new dot.

Tests

• Make sure the notification is turned on for any of the devices you would like to test.
• Create two user accounts on the new dot.
• Before the other person can send you a message to test whether you are seeing the updated notification content or not make sure your app is not in the foreground or you are not active on the chat tab.
  Below is how it would look on chrome.

• Verify that no errors appear in the JS console
