Until ExtData has been refactored to allow the specification of time intervals for selecting datasets in the ExtData component, this device will allow EMIP runs to work during tge transition from HFED to QFED.

Added AMIP.20C emission scenario as a stopgap measure to enable EMIPS. To be removed when ExtData permits specification of date ranges.
