Subtask of #25.
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
If we have a list (textbox?) that contains too many elements, there's no good way to show more content; current option is to just trim down on the size of the text.
Describe the solution you'd like
A component or fragment that you can provide a list of things to display and it'll render it, and if there's too much to show, a scrollbar can be used to "pan" through all the text. The scrollbar should be fully featured, e.g. supporting keyboard and mouse events.
Describe alternatives you've considered
You could also have a [More] or [Next page] button for navigating through "pages" of text, but that's likely better suited to narrative content, not lists of items.
