@fxcoudert from what I've gathered, there was an issue when publishing that release (not with the release itself, just with the process) which made it not be set as the latest. But it's fine to use, see this for more details:

• Bump pyenv-virtualenv reporting version to match release pyenv/pyenv-virtualenv#471
