The Travis tests script was adapted to match the latest output of
PkgDev.generate(). This should fix the tests in METADATA.jl (JuliaLang/METADATA.jl#7488), although a new minor release will be needed since no REQUIRE file was present before.ps - I also added an appveyor.yml file, but will tackle those tests later on.
